Laura Anderson MSW, RSW
As a registered social worker with more than 10 years' experience as a counsellor, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space in which you can share your story and we can work together to create a plan for support.

In our work together, you will gain tools to manage your mental wellness and develop strategies to cope and heal. I offer in-person and virtual counselling for individuals.

I specialize in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, stress, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
​
I hold a Master’s in Social Work and have prioritized understanding grief and grief therapy in my continued education, training, and the counselling services I have provided over the past several years.

If you need someone to talk to and/or are experiencing sadness, fatigue, depression, difficulty sleeping, anxiety, stress, or other physical or emotional symptoms, we can work together to explore strategies for coping, healing, and recovery.
